That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchasing.

We offer free delivery on all orders over $150. 

Orders under $150 have a flat rate fee of $8.99 (including rural areas).

Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days (this excludes public holidays).

(Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for rural areas).

Please note:

We do not ship to Waiheke, Great Barrier, Chatham & Stewart Islands.

Returns

The Small Print

All products must be returned within 14 days of purchasing.

(Change of mind returns are not accepted!) 

Due to hygiene reasons Breast Pumps are personal use items so therefore are not refundable. 

However if you have received a faulty or defected Breast Pump please contact us so we can arrange for your product to either be replaced or repaired.

( Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs)

Any products you return must be returned using tracked courier.

Warranty Disclaimer

About Our Policy

All our products come with a 12 month warranty. 

This covers any faulty goods or parts.

This warranty does not cover any wear or tear damage caused by misuse.

Our breast pumps also come with a 12 month warranty, this covers the motor unit only.

(Please note this does not cover any damages caused by customer negligence, water damage or damages caused from being dropped.)

Consumables are not covered due to hygiene reasons.
