Product Care
Our Manufacturer's guides are to sterilise the cup and connector with a UV steriliser, or to be placed in boiling water for no longer than 30 seconds.
Any prolonged exposure to high heats such as steam sterilisers, warmers, microwaves will warp the parts and cause it to not function correctly. *Distorted parts caused by customer's negligence will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure all parts are dried well and assembled correctly before use.
We recomend to use Massage mode for 2-3 minutes prior to Express or Lactation mode for a comfortable session and for better results.
We recomend changing pump parts around every 3-6 months to ensure longivity of your pump. (Depending on usage).
